The town of Fiuggi, is one of Italy’s richest areas. In Fiuggi everything is born from its water, the source that is known for its unique healing powers since the early fourteenth century. Best known for restoring the kidneys and balancing the immune system, the mineral water has been scientifically proven to cleanse and purify. For the first time ever the water of Fiuggi will run direct into Palazzo Fiuggi, meaning guests will have access to this powerful mineral water and it will be incorporated into every programme offered.

Three-star Michelin chef, Heinz Beck alongside consultant, Alessandro Laviano, a clinical professor of Internal Medicine and Nutrition, have designed a Food Line unique to Palazzo Fiuggi. Heinz Beck has used his expertise and honorary degree in Natural Bioenergies to create light and healthy, yet delicious personalised menus using biodynamic, natural ingredients. Unlike other medical retreats, these food lines will be designed using food nutrients able to activate cellular pathways linked with antiaging, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant processes, showcasing food as medicine, that aids the body when cooked and served the right way.
The Medical Wellness retreat spanning 6,000sqm. has some of the world’s leading technologies available for guests to include; MRIs, infrared technology, retinal scanning and diagnostic testing. Hydro therapies within the Thalasso pool, Hydro Circuit and Hammam and a state-of-the-art gym featuring Icaros, the leading virtual fitness equipment.
