Palazzo Fiuggi Reintroduces Its Transformative Biohacking Retreat This Autumn

From the 27th October to 2nd November 2025, Palazzo Fiuggi Wellness Medical Spa is bringing back its Biohacking Retreat - a six night immersive experience aimed at enhancing vitality, longevity and youth.

Since its opening in 2021, The Spa has become a globally recognised, award winning leading wellness medical retreat, renowned for offering some of the best in Western medicine, Oriental practices, scientific therapies and holistic treatments, which all work at improving mental and physical wellbeing.

The Biohacking Retreat – developed and led by Stefano Santori, founder of the Mindset Biohacking method - builds on the success of its debut edition. This retreat combines advanced medical diagnostics, personalised coaching, and targeted therapies such as sensory deprivation therapy, cold therapy training and Intermittent Hypoxic-Hyperoxic Therapy (IHHT) to support long-term health, energy, and mental clarity.

All activities are supervised by Fiuggi’s medical team and guest’s physical performance are enhanced through the High Performance Method, a biomechanical system that analyses posture, movement, and muscular function to define a tailor-made training plan.
